Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RassIntel website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope

These Terms apply to the public marketing website only. Use of any RassIntel product or service is governed by a separate agreement entered into between you and RassIntel; nothing on the Site is itself such an agreement.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about RassIntel and request a demo. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape, harvest, or submit false, automated, or spam content through our forms.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo-request form is a request only and does not create any contract or oblige RassIntel to provide a demo, product, or service. We may accept, decline, or follow up on requests at our discretion. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Your submissions are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Forward-looking statements

The Site may describe products, features, or capabilities that are in progress or planned (for example, items marked “Coming” or “Forthcoming”). These are statements of current intent, not commitments. Availability, timing, and functionality may change, and nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a promise that any future product or feature will be delivered.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the RassIntel name and logo, and design — are owned by RassIntel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the content for your own informational use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written permission. “RassIntel”, “RASS”, and associated marks are trademarks of RassIntel.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example, Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, and Resend for email delivery) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RassIntel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RassIntel is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
