RassIntel (“RassIntel”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or request a demo through rassintel.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

Information we collect

When you submit the demo-request form, we collect the details you choose to provide:

• Name
• Business name
• Work email
• Phone number
• Role (and, if you select “Other”, the role you specify)
• Business type
• Country (optional)
• Preferred demo date and time (optional)
• Any additional notes you choose to share (optional)

To protect the form from abuse, our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes limited technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange and run your demo;
• follow up about that request and any related questions you raise.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to train shared AI models.

Legal basis

Where applicable law requires a basis for processing, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you send us. If we ever wish to use your details for separate marketing, we will ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate this site, under appropriate confidentiality terms:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and bot protection (Turnstile);
• Resend — delivery of the email that carries your enquiry to our team.

These providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request information only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which we delete or anonymise it. If a business relationship begins, separate retention terms will apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email security@rassintel.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit and access controls, and we limit access to demo enquiries to the people handling them.

Cookies & tracking

This website uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary token to confirm that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
